Due to continued success Xltec Recruitment are opening an Aberdeen office. Due to the location and expansion placs we are currently looking for an experienced Consultant.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Experienced Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven record in either Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, Engineering or Technical.
You will need to be extremely sales focused, thrive on the developing new business and building strong relationships with key contacts within your clients. You will have good client presentation skills and must be able to build rapport with a wide candidate base. You will have strong market intelligence, an ethical approach to the full recruitment lifecycle, excellent delivery focus and basically enjoy adding value to both candidate and client.
