AA Property Appointments have an excellent opportunity for an experienced senior residential lettings negotiator, to join a dynamic agency in Canary Wharf.
The client, who have an excellent Docklands presence and who have built up a great name from years of delivering excellence, are currently growing their Lettings team and have a great position for a Senior Lettings Negotiator.
Applicants must have local knowledge, be used to dealing with top end properties with at least 2 years lettings experience, who can add value to their existing team.
This is a great opportunity for a Lettings Negotiator to really push their career forward and continue their already strong and proven track record in Lettings.
In return the company offers a basic salary of between £15,000 - £18,000 with a good commission structure, a company car and on target earnings of £35,000 plus.
The successful applicant will be:
* Registering potential tenants
* Liaising with landlords and tenants
*Generating valuations
*Winning instructions
* Canvassing for new lettings business
* Building and maintaining excellent relationships with landlords
* Arranging and attending lettings viewings
* Closing sales
* Generating repeat lettings business
* Exceeding customer expectations
To be considered for this role, applicants will have:
* Have a proven track record in lettings
* Have an excellent telephone manner
* Be very well spoken, well presented and of graduate calibre
* Excel with face to face sales
* Local area knowledge is a huge advantage
* Offer excellent customer relations and be well presented, professional, pro-active, forward thinking and have a keen desire to learn and earn money.
* A hard working and positive attitude is essential to this role.
