An opportunity has arisen to join as a Senior Lettings Negotiator / Lister to work within this very busy office based in Brentwood, Essex.

Senior Residential Lettings Negotiator / Lister - Brentwood, Essex: The Lettings department has been established for 14 months but is still in its infancy stage so you will therefore be solely responsible for the day to day activity but will have the complete back up of the Sales and Lettings Director and a seperate department who will take over the Administration and Property Management side of Lettings. There exists a strong demand for Lettings within the Brentwood area. This role will lead to the successful candidate becoming the Lettings Manager. At this stage you will of course be able to recruit for additional Lettings Negotiators. This is the perfect role for ambitious Letting Agents who are looking to develop their careers in one of the most dynamic and fast moving markets in the Essex area.

Senior Residential Lettings Negotiator / Lister - Brentwood, Essex: You must enjoy dealing with a variety of people, as the role involves meeting new clients, assessing their property needs and working with landlords, letting their properties, listings and the letting of residential properties to tenants. You will be the face of the company and the quality of service given by their staff is of paramount importance.

• A minimum of 2 years experience in Lettings 

Senior Lettings Negotiator / Lister - Residential Letting Agents: Successful candidates will be offered a basic salary to £15,000 coupled with a superb commission structure + car allowance. On target earnings are £30,000 but are uncapped.
