AA Property Appointments have an excellent opportunity for an experienced residential Sales Negotiator to join a very successful estate agency in south west London.
Our client, who have had an excellent reputation for more than 30 years and have more than 50 branches across London, are looking for an experienced residential Sales Negotiator to join their very successful team, due to demand.
My client offers a generous basic wage, an excellent commission structure, paying up to 30% commission, a company car, fantastic career progression and full training and guidance - All the tools you need to progress your career and raise your earning potential.
Successful applicants will be:
*Registering applicants
*Arranging and attending viewings
*Booking and attending valuations
*Winning instructions
*Negotiating with vendors and buyers
*Referring conveyancing and financial services
*Suitable applicants will be very well presented, polished and well spoken
*Have at least 12 months experience in a residential sales negotiator role
*Valuation experience is preferred, but not essential.
