Senior Retail Manager Jobs East NI or West NI
Acting as an Employment Agency on behalf of our client, CPL is currently seeking experienced Senior Retail Managers for permanent roles based in either East NI (Antrim, Armagh and Down) or West NI (Tyrone, Fermanagh and Derry).
The Client:
Our client is one of Ireland’s largest group of Department Stores and with 81 stores in Ireland, North and South, they are continuing to expand in the Northern Ireland market providing fantastic opportunities for retail managers at all levels to advance their careers.
Key responsibilities of the Senior Retail Manager Jobs based in East or West NI would include:
- Staff management at branch level.
- Liaising with the assistant manager regarding issues arising in the day to day running of the store.
- Driving sales and achieving sales targets, motivating the team to reach and exceed sales goals.
- Having a strong customer focus and achieving excellent results through the team.
