Your man management skills will be key, as you will be responsible for a considerable number of staff, who will be looking to you for guidance through the implementation of new ideas and systems.

Skills & Experience
Past retail supply chain/senior merchandise/replenishment experience is a must. Candidates must also be able to demonstrate an excellent track record of man management, project management and influencing skills.
