Senior Sales Manager: Field Based

We are a Microsoft Gold Partner active in the Education and Commercial marketswe specialise in providing solutions to the education sector. The company gets involved in projects to build new IT systems from installing hardware to putting in place management procedures. We also work with clients to update or implement new items into their current network.
We are currently recruiting a Senior Sales to manage and help grow our new commercial division. This is an exciting opportunity to make your mark in a rapidly growing business – and eventually build and manage your own sales team.
You will help our customers harness the power of technology and maximize their investment in IT by helping them improve service and reduce costs around sourcing, integrating and managing IT.
This position requires a fantastic team player who is confident in bringing in new business and managing a sales team. To be considered for the role of Senior Sales Manager it is expected that you will be able to demonstrate a solid background within the reseller market place and have a proven track record of overachieving on set sales targets. You will be a confident individual who relishes a challenge and enjoys competition!!
You will be confident on the phone and have excellent communication skills. The ability to influence and negotiate with others is a must.
Experience and Skill Level at Entry:
The successful candidate must have at least two years experience within the field with IT sales background and will demonstrate knowledge and skills in all the following areas:
·Background in solution selling
·Track record of sales success
·Strong leadership and management skills
·Self-motivated, target orientated and driven
·Ability to build strong business relationships
