As Signalling Design Checker, you will produce / check designs, specifications, reports and working drawings to meet contract requirements within agreed timescales and performance parameters along with implementing the requirements of Rail Business Management System, Core Assurance Case and Railway Safety Case and assisting in determination of engineering policy and deal with engineering and contractual matters with professional integrity at all times.
It is essential you are to able to carry out Safety Critical Work and have UK Signalling Principle Design Engineer skills including knowledge of standards, procedures. Extensive experience of using CAD packages, experience of UK signalling design and signalling design checking is also required
If you also hold a Degree/HNC in Electrical Engineering or similar, able to work trackside and fulfill the requirements of a Personal Track Safety Medical and possess IRSE Design Licence: 1.1.150D (Principles Designer) and 1.1.160 (Verifier) we would like to talk to you.
