Our client is a leading player in the Demolition Industry. They require a senior site manager for projects based in the North West. The successful candidate must have worked for a Demolition Sub Contractor
About Our Client
Our client is a leading Demolition Specialist who has a turnover in excess of £20 Million. They have projects all over the country but require a Manchester based Senior Site Manager to cover various sites in the North West
About the Role
* Responsibility for Site Supervision
* Management of various Staff and controlling Labour Resources
* Adhering to and implementing site Health and Safety
* Provide QA, Inspection and Fault Reports
* Responsibility for ordering and checking materials
About the Candidate
* Experience within the Demolition and Piling Industry
* Proven to have 10 years Site Operational knowledge
* Experience in dealing with clients and site labour
* Ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to
* Proven to have a good command of English and Maths, applicant to provide details of education on C.V.
* MUST be based in or around the North West
* MUST HAVE WORKED FOR A DEMOLITION SUB CONTRACTOR. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU HAVE COME FROM A MAIN CONTRACTOR BACKGROUND
