Based in Central Fife, initially however merging with East Division you will be motivated and enthusiastic and willing to lead a Team in providing an inclusive service to vulnerable individuals. You will have relevant skills, knowledge and value base with a passion for dealing skilfully with complex problems and a real appetite and focus on learning within the Team that contributed overall to service improvement.
You should be driven by a rights based approach to service delivery and have an understanding of the challenges faced by services to deliver personalised services within budgetary constrains.
You should have relevant management experience with the ability to work alongside the Unit Manager to provide clear and consistent leadership.
