An immeditate position has become available to join an Older People's Team based in Cambridgeshire. The role is for a main grade, front line social worker. The position will last for approximately 3 months but will be reviewed and possible extended after this time. You will be expected to visit service users in their homes, carry out assessments and create care plans. You must have a registration with the GSCC and previous experience in a similar position. Previous use of the SWIFT system would be beneficial although not compulsory.
