This superb London 4 star deluxe hotel is looking for a Senior Sous Chef that has a proven career history in good quality 4 and 5 star hotels. Working with a team of 30 chefs in this department you will be required to focus on the food for the two main restaurants which are fine dining for 60 covers and European Brasserie for 100 covers. The hotel also has a small banqueting operation for up to 250 covers, and you will be required to play a part in this to. Experience in fresh modern food is required and exposure to Spanish cuisine would be an advantage. You must be keen and motivated, and very career minded with good training and man manager techniques. A sound knowledge of good food is a must together with good health and hygiene practices.
