We are currently recruiting for a Senior Support Worker for a vacancy within a Supported Housing Scheme based in London.
You will be responsible for providing an effective specialist tenancy support service to residents identified as requiring either floating or a fixed package of support, by identifying the support requirements of individual tenants and identifying and developing a suitable support package, by liaising with agencies and other services and identifying any need for new support services
Successful candidates will have experience of working within a similar role and must have a recent CRB check.
We offer excellent rates of pay of up to £16.72 per hour in return for your skills and experience.
