Ludlow Street Healthcare Group is an innovative, rapidly expanding organisation. An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint Senior Support Workers within The Glen, Ocean Community Services, Newport.
As a Senior Support Worker you will support adults with learning disabilities and behavioural problems and help in providing a fulfilling environment where clients can develop to their full potential. You will also undertake delegated supervisory management responsibilities and provide leadership to less experienced staff to ensure the development of best care practice and optimal outcomes for clients.
Previous experience of working in the care sector or asecure environment is desirable. Normal working week is 37.5 hours worked flexibly Monday to Sunday.
