Our clients of choice are seeking a Senior Technician to join a well-established research & development team. This is a 1-year contract, with an immediate start date.
The required you to support the project leader in related day-today project activities, as well as independently execute assigned experimental work.
Knowledge/skills/experience required:
* A Level / HNC / HND - Food Science
* Practical experience, ingenuity, initiative & positive attitude
* Previous experience in the food industry / laboratory, specifically execution of bench-top experiments, including the analysis and reporting of data
* Preparation of food / beverage samples
* Experience in basic analytical testing
