As Senior Transport Planner, you will interpret and prepare advice on transport policy, relating national and regional policies and influences to local circumstances along with leading and contributing to the preparation of transportation projects and funding bids. In addition, you will assist the Head of Transport Strategy in analysing, interpreting, developing and implementing transport policy, the integration of public transport and other policy areas and advocacy of sustainable travel.
It is essential you have proven experience in a previous Transport Planning role and knowledge of the Local authority market is desired along with modeling experience
