Customer Service Consultant – Full-time – Sheffield
The starting salary for this role is £13,500 OTE Circa £15,500 +

About the role
As one of our Customer Service Consultants, and the first point of contact for customers, you’ll be much more than a friendly voice. You’ll do everything possible to help our customers manage their finances better. That can mean taking care of anything from giving out account information to handling an overdraft request. Just as importantly, you’ll generate new leads for our Sales Consultants by identifying whether customers would benefit from any other products. There are targets to meet, however, you will receive the required training and support to help you achieve them.
About you
Each customer is an individual with their own specific needs and the way you communicate with them directly affects how they think and feel about us. So, rather than financial services experience, you’ll need the ability to listen, empathise and inspire confidence. If you also have PC skills plus the determination to drive sales through service, our training will teach you the rest.

You will work 35 hours per week Mon-Fri 8am-8pm and alternate Saturdays 9am-5pm (rota day off mid week when Saturday worked)
