Stratec Business Contracts ltd are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Service Controller. The role will involve liaising internally with both on-site engineers and field based engineers, creating job plans and organising workloads through to job completion. You will also be a point of contact for our clients customers for any queries on progress of work, general updates and any issues that may arise. Ideally you will have experience in a similar environment such as a vehicle repair workshop, HGV workshop or heavy industrial repair workshop. The ability to coordinate staff and plan and prioritise workloads will be a distinct advantage.
