My client is a leading software house with an established client list, providing outsourced software applications to some of the UK's largest bluechip organisations. They currently have a position for a Service Delivery Manager to work in a client-facing role, managing the day-to-day aspects of Service Delivery, Operations and some Project Management.
This is an important role for the company and the successful Service Delivery Manager will have:
1)Experience in a service delivery management position
2)Experience in providing service delivery for outsourced applications, or SaaS applications
3)Experience in a client-facing role, especially in a face-to-face position
4)Ideally, ITIL experience (certification preferred)
