Our client is a leading providing of IT hardware and software to blue chip organisations across the UK.They now require an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join their organisation.
Reporting into the operations director you will be responsible for managing a team comprising of internal service desk operators and field service engineers.
Used to working to tight KPI’s you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to SLA agreement and internal targets for example <5% no fault found on engineer call outs and no aged calls over 12 days.You take ownership of these KPI’s and lead customer review meeting and acts as a senior escalation point.You will also be responsible for driving and instilling a continuous improvement ethos through the department.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working within an in house or 3rd party delivery team used to running customer meetings and possess proven and excellent man management skills of a large and Multiskilled team.An ITIL qualification or understanding of principles would be a great advantage
