SERVICE DELIVERY MANAGER
Our client based in Borehamwood are currently searching f or a Service Delivery Manager to act as a senior member of the team, demonstrating specialist skills and knowledge within the people resourcing area, client management and team management. You will ensure that all consulting projects undertaken are appropriately resourced and run successfully.
The company is a specialist IT Software Testing Company working for a number of, mainly blue chips, across the UK and occassionally Europe.
Your key responsibilities will include :
- Resourcing
- Manage sales and delivery pipeline
- To monitor skills level within the team and make recommendations for further development and training for the team
- Manage the salary and benefits for permanent staff and new hires
- Account management
- Up sell any new projects
- Client retention
- Leads to sales
- Motivating the team
We are looking for a candidate who has had people management experience, who has very strong interpersonal skills - both verbal and written.
You will be used to working in both a reactive and pro-active manner, you will be experienced in managing projects and the ability to multi task is essential.
