Our client provides a complex support service to both Adults and Children who suffer from both learning and physical disabilities.
Due to a recent restructure they are currently recruiting for a Service Manager who will be responsible for the day to day organisation and management of service while ensuring service users individual care plans are in place and they are recieving the highest level of care. Operational responsibilities will also include staff supervision and training, financial management, Quality Standards, Recruitment, Implementing Policies and Procedures and Health and Safety.
We are looking for candidates who have similar management experience gained within Social Care and ideally hold SVQ 4. You will also hold or be in the process of registering with the SSSC.
