Service Sales Specialist – French & Dutch Speaking - Temporary
Job Purpose
To generate revenue by successfully renewing clients service contracts within the Benelux countries. To increase revenue by proactively seeking sales opportunities and cementing relationships with Xerox Concessionaires.
Key Accountabilities
- Proactive selling of annual on-site and extended on-site contracts.
- Actively participate in targeted proactive selling programmes to improve contract penetration rates.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with Xerox Resellers and Concessionaires in order to improve contract penetration rates.
- Actively manage the quote refusal process to ensure further contract sales.
- Participate in the Time and Material conversion programme to covert customers to service contracts.
Candidate Requirements
- Candidates must be fluent in French and Dutch
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Applications including Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook (working knowledge of SAP system would be desirable).
- Good understanding of web based tools.
- Previous experience in a telesales, or business to business sales environment would be preferred
- Ability to demonstrate excellent client relationship skills
