This role is focused on ensuring that we deliver the best customer service experience on the high street. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll give the branch team the training, direction and motivation they need to delight customers and drive sales while meeting all our regulatory and financial security requirements.
Leading your branch to perform at the highest standards with quality and control procedures. You’ll oversee everything from the general appearance of the branch to merchandising and queue management. So you’ll need to combine experience of managing a customer-facing financial services team with a detailed understanding of branch control procedures and financial security.
