Sheltered Scheme Manager Jobs are available in a number of our Local Authority & Housing Association clients throughout the NorthWest, particularly in Manchester, Oldham and Bolton
As a Sheltered Scheme Manager you will be required to provide support to residents in order to help them live independently, providing emergency assistance during working hours.
You will also be required to carry out a needs assessment and put in place a support plan liaising with statutory and voluntary agencies to ensure appropriate co-ordinated care and support is delivered to the orgainsation

For this role you must have the following
- Recent, proven experience of working in a supported housing, social care or community environment
- Experience of working 1:1 with people and of carrying out needs assessments and developing individual support plans
- Knowledge and understanding of the support needs and issues for elderly people and other sheltered residents
- Understanding of good housing and care practice
You must have relevant experience of working with older people
You must have a current CRB less than one year old
