* Implement various performance management tools to drive work standards, close out job queues and improve response times
* Lead your team through change management processes
* Prepare and lead daily meetings
* Oversee communication with other teams and improve knowledge transfer

For the position of Shift Engineering Manager we are looking for someone with GCSEs ( or equivalent ) in Maths and English, supported by two A Levels ( or equivalent ), of which one will be science-related. Ideally, you'll also have a Bachelor's degree ( or equivalent ) in Engineering, although relevant work experience will suffice. Crucially, you'll need experience of coaching and developing a team and using performance management tools to achieve individual and team targets. Proven change management experience is also essential, as is a dedicated drive for results, strong motivational abilities and influencing skills.
