For the position of Shift Production Manager we are looking for someone who is degree ( or equivalent ) qualified and has a proven record in leading and developing teams within an FMCG, Manufacturing or Pharmaceutical environment. Brewing experience would be an advantage, but it is more important that you have the ability to motivate others. An ability to build influence, embrace change and drive improvements within a fast-paced environment will be critical to your success.
