* Ensure conformance to a range of challenging results objectives (inc productivity, environmental health and safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost)
* Lead cross functional teams on projects,
* Drive a culture of continuous improvement through a structured programme
* Motivate and develop team members, including monitoring their performance throughout shifts whilst creating accountability for individuals
* Train and develop your team members

For the position of Shift Production Manager we are looking for someone who is degree educated or equivalent with a demonstrated track record of leading teams within a FMCG / Manufacturing or a Pharmaceutical environment. Brewing experience would be an advantage but is not essential - it is more critical you have the ability to drive results through your team. Proven experience of developing teams, driving accountability to team members along with motivating and energising colleagues is essential. Change management is critical to your success in this role as is the ability to embrace change within a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to drive change and continuous improvement along with being an ambassador of Molson Coors Brewing Company. In order to succeed in this role you will need to be able to influence people at all levels and have a natural ability to understand what motivates individuals.
