Greggs plc are looking for a Shop Fitting Surveyor to assist in the design and construction of new sites to further their expansion in the South West.
The Shop Fitting Surveyor will report directly to Shop Fitting Manager assisting in the design and management of a large number of development projects throughout the South West
Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the design and development of new stores
- Producing accurate CAD drawings
- Administering new contracts in line with current building regulations
- Liaise with local authorities, clients and sub-contractors
The geographical remit of the role spans a large area in the South West of England & Wales. Extensive travel will therefore be required and this individual will need to attend the regional office in Pontypridd, 10 miles north of Cardiff, on a regular basis.
The ideal candidate will be an RICS Building Surveyor and will have a full understanding of current building regulations.
Key skills should include:
- The ability to produce accurate CAD drawings
- Experience in surveying and designing within the shop fitting sector is a necessity
- A successful track record liaising with clients and sub-contractors
- Previous experience working with local authorities is essential
- Must be a highly motivated and have the ability to get projects off the ground quickly
