General Tasks - Projects

·Day to day administration of the Project & Company Site HSE requirements

·Ensuring Client HSE requirements are complied with

·Liaison with Client on all HSE aspects of the projects

·Compliance with controls as defined in o the HSE Plan

·Co-ordination of ProjectHSE /Administration procedures

·Resolve and progress any HSE related problems that may arise

·Supplier Specific Audits and Surveillance Visits

·Carry out Internal QHSE Audits as per the schedule

·Facilitate QHSE Training requirements forCompany Sites

General Tasks - Site HSE

·Carry out Internal inspections of Company Worksites and in situ Contractors

·Ensure that HSE Plans and relevant SMS bridging documents are established, implemented and maintained within Projects

·Provide support and advice to Management and Supervision and other personnel on matters related to HSE

·Participation in facilitation and review of Project Risk Assessments (HIRA) in conjunction with Project Management

·Participation in facilitation and review of Company Workshop and Site Risk Assessments/Job Safety Analysis

·Participate in accident/incident/near miss investigations and reporting together with recommendations and corrective actions where required

·Reporting and Analysis on HSE trends within Company

·Co-ordinate HSE enquires from Projects as required

·Provide HSE input into Tenders

·Participate in HSE training activities including Emergency Response

·Participate in development of Company HSE procedures

·Prioritise and organise own day to day work.

·Perform any other duties within the range of skills of the post holder, as required.

Requirements - Training & Education

·Appropriate HSE courses (NEBOSH or similar)

·Appropriate training in Health and Safety at Work (HASWA) principles

Requirements - Experience

·Experience in an Oil and Gas related manufacturing industry

·Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills

·Proven Administration/Office experience.

·Relevant experience in QHSE project orientated organisation

·Relevant experience in a pipeline welding environment

·Ability to communicate effectively at all organisation levels
