Site Human Resources Cambridgeshire £27000 - £35000 per annum 03/11/2009 12:00 This is an HR role that is pivotal within this well established, financially stable and successful food business. You will have worked in the FMCG /Food sector previously and understand the challenges of a fast moving business having been in an HR role in this environment previously. It is important that you are a competent and strong willed HR Professional who can bring your own ideas to the table and operate cross functionally across the business. If you are looking for a challenge within an HR role where you can also progress and learn whilst also having autonomy in your role then this is the job for you! Key areas of Responsibility: Provide HR advice and support to the management team Undertake and support disciplinary, grievance and appeal investigations and hearings Management on current employment legislation, updating policies and HR practices accordingly Administration support from advert to offer for all hourly paid and salaried colleagues on Site To support the induction process for all colleagues Supervision of payroll administration for hourly colleagues on site Management of the Occupational Health process on site and all associated administration Active member of the HR Team - defining and delivering People strategy
