Kier Partnership Homes are looking for a field based Site Sales Advisor to report into the Area Sales Manager and work with Group/Divisional Personnel and members of the public. Hours of work:Thursday to Monday - 9:45am - 5:15pm
Requirements - Achieve site sales target.- Assist all customers in the process of purchasing their new home. - Keep accurate visitor and prospect records. - Progress reservations to legal completion and liaise with Sales Admin Team on contract chasing matters. - Close co-operation with estate agents and solicitors by regularly checking progress of each chain. - Respond to all cancellations, making every effort to retain the reservation and ascertain the reason for cancellation. - Develop a full understanding of incentives and their effectiveness in the sales negotiation process. - Have daily contact with Site Manager to keep up to date on site related issues. Work closely to ensure all remedial items within the sales area are attended to speedily. - Ensure site sales presentation is of a high standard to all potential customers, through regular inspection, including the maintenance and presentation of stock units. - Submit all reports and paperwork accurately and on time/report regularly to Area Sales Manager.- Carry out duties relating to PMA.- Attend sales meeting and courses.- Full product knowledge of the development.- Knowledge of local amenities and services.- Knowledge of competitors and carry out market research.- Further tasks as and when required.
Responsibilities - Working under the direction of the Area Sales Manager, to support the site sales function and to work as part of a team. - The main purpose of the role is the conversion of sales leads and visitors to the development into reservations and to achieve the development target unit sales by forecast dates.- To provide the highest standards of customer service.- Work closely with the Area Sales and construction Management team and the Site Manager. - Ensure compliance at all times with Kier Group Health & Safety procedures. - You must ensure that all responsibilities and duties are carried out accurately and within set time limits, whilst providing a first class service to all our customers.
The Individual The ideal candidate must maintain a high standard of personal appearance, be an effective communicator and be able to maintain a caring, efficient, knowledgeable, organised and effective interface. Computer knowledge and driving licence are desirable. The profile is not exhaustive. From time to time you may be required to perform other tasks and work on other sites, which are not included in the above description, but are within your capabilities and where necessary, training will be given.
