Job Role

- Responsible for leading the HR strategy & direction in this global markets team and people capability aspects of the business area`s strategic plans, and providing consultative services to senior management on strategic people management issues
- Manage HR relationship with key members of management team supporting and adding value across the business area matrix in pursuit of its objectives and overall strategy
- Ensure divisional HR members are kept informed of key HR and business matters, escalating issues as appropriate to the divisional HR Director
- To lead and ensure effective delivery of business separation and integration and future business organisational design and strategy for business
- Identify business and HR issues and trends, plann
- A wide breadth of HR generalist and technical experience
- Matrix and multiple project/programme management experience
- Experience in delivering change; working in a new and adapting consultancy/matrix based structure with a large volume of business critical tasks
- Matrix management required - collaborating across geographical boundaries recognising and leveraging diversity
- Technical HR strategy and implementation including employee relations, organisational design and restructuring, change and leadership development
- M&A experience, contributing to a significant business merger or acquisition
- Commercial business partnership and consultancy through delivery of HR strateg
