You will work closely with clients, manage their expectations and problems solve to ensure that when contracts are due for retender this organisation is well placed to be re appointed as a chosen service provider.
You will look for opportunities to network locally to identify new business opportunities and contracts, and will integrate yourself with the social housing business community. This role requires a self start who is creative in their approach to contribute to the growth of a successful business.
Candidates must have experience within social housing or other volume accommodation maintenance and refurbishments. The knowledge of repairs and maintenance of properties and public sector clients is essential to this role.
National contractor to the social housing sector offering external refurbishments and responsive repairs and maintenance.
Salary to £50,000 plus car plus benefits package
