Due to our constant growth a fantastic opening has been created within our Application and Software development team. At FLM we are looking to change the way the finance industry works. To do this, we need people who will make this become a reality through leadership, initiative and ownership. You
You will have experience of managing a team within a C# Asp.net environment. The ability to lead and take ownership is fundamental to this role. You will have experience of setting targets, coaching and appraising. You will have passion to provide solutions that improve business and give a competitive advantage. You will have a strong eye for detail and the capability to communicate well at all levels.
The Responsibilities:
Direct requirements from stakeholders and product owners.
Lead design and development ensuring original goals are me.
Decide the final application and technical architectural structure.
Review application development throughout projects.
Recruit, manage, motivate and develop team as appropriate.
Communicate the status of progress against plans to stakeholder groups.
