Software Programmer / Website Development XML XSLT JAVA SQL Server
My client is a leading provider of travel and reservation systems and websites.
Duties Include:
a) To manage and further develop existing website and database for online direct-sell hotel reservations agency.
b) Development of functionality in conjunction with their software provider to enhance the product;
c) Web development across a range of travel-related sites;
d) Develop database functionality for agents and offline clients;
The Candidate:
They are looking for an solution-orientated programmer full of enthusiasm and love of programming to work with their product team to develop online travel sales; the ideal candidate will have experience in web-development and be well-versed in XML, XSLT, JAVA and SQL Server. Microsoft certification would be an advantage but not essential; a travel-industry or service industry background would be an advantage.
Due to key holder responsilbilities someone within 1 hours commute or looking to relcate locally would be a preference.
