Salary £15K + £10K OTE
QBS Software (www.qbssoftware.com), based in North West London, has been selling computer software since 1987. We require an energetic, motivated individual who wishes to develop a career in IT sales, selling an extensive range of popular, market-leading technical software packages. The role encompasses all aspects of sales and account management. This is a full-time position.
Specific duties include:
Working on a specific territory to retain and expand existing customer base.
Building relationships with existing customers.
Maintaining customer records on internal systems.
Processing and tracking orders.
Liaising with technical staff to ensure that customer problems are resolved.
The ideal candidate would possess the following qualities:
Clear spoken and written English is an essential requirement.
Some sales experience preferred.
The ability and willingness to learn about software and the IT industry.
Education to A-Level or equivalent.
Computer literacy.
Resourcefulness and motivation to achieve targets.
Excellent telephone manner and the confidence to communicate at all levels.
Enthusiasm and professionalism with a good sense of humour.
The ability to work as part of a small, dedicated team.
