An Italian Speaking Credit Controller is required for a successful international fashion distributor, in a stand alone role reporting to the Group FD. This role will suit a credit controller who is knowledgeable about the international wholesale fashion sector and who enjoys working with pan European customers.
Since this is quite a new role in the company, there is scope to make your mark and make a difference! You will be a key part of a brand new finance team. This is not a people management role, but it requires a full range of credit control management skills and basic accounting knowledge. It’s a small finance team, so a flexible and hands-on attitude to work is required. Occasionally, you may need to assist with banking and bookkeeping tasks such as entering supplier invoices, reconciling purchase invoices and updating Sage for pre-payments. Main Duties:
Person Profile:
- Advantageous - additional languages, especially Italian.
- Experience in dealing with an International customer sales ledger.
- Experience of using Sage Line 50.
- 3 years experience of credit control, preferably in fashion distribution.
- Ambitious, pro-active, flexible and commercially minded.
Salary & Benefits:- £28k - 35k + benefits. Located in London.
