Sous Chef - Food Focused Contract Caterer, Oxford Area!
My client is a food focused Contract Caterer who is looking for a Sous Chef to join this newly won contract. The role of Sous Chef will involve working closely with the Chef Manager, helping to oversee all catering operations for this unique residential college and training centre.
As Sous Chef, you will be responsible for creating and producing well balanced and innovative menus for breakfast, lunch, dinner and adhoc special events, as well as managing the catering team. This is a hands-on role providing quality catering seven days per week, hence working hours are 5/7 days but no late nights!
The successful candidate for the Sous Chef role will demonstrate excellent craft skills, be pro-active in the development of the team. The ideal individual will be a good communicator, strong all rounder and natural leader.

Salary: 24k
