Sous Chef, North East, We are currently working with a Rosette awarded hotel in the north east within driving distance of Newcastle . The hotel is part of a group of hotels and can offer great career opportunities and has a restaurant, lounge, banqueting and conference facilities.
The role:
As Sous chef you will be responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen, ensuring each of the sections run smoothly and supervise the hot plate/pass. You will support the head chef in the running of the kitchen.
Experience:
We are looking for a Sous Chef with previous experience with Fine dining, rosette or 4 star experience.
