SOUS CHEF - MID WALES, 2AA ROSETTES - SOUS CHEF Sous Chef required in Mid Wales for this Award Winning Contemporary Country House Hotel. They are looking for a Sous Chef with a 2AA Rosette background who is creative and passionate in their cooking and whom is looking to move into a professional kitchen. The Country House has an elegant dining room which can serve up to 60 covers per service and all food is sourced within the area from excellent suppliers. The Menu is Modern British in design and they also have banqueting for smaller numbers and private dining.
The kitchen is very well equipped and is a good size. There is a current team of 8 Chefs and they are looking for a Sous Chef to complete their team. As Sous Chef your role will be to create menu's alongside the head chef, train and motivate your team ensuring each section of the kitchen is running to the correct standard, ordering, stock takes and generally making sure the kitchen is managed professionally.
