Sous Chef Job Co. Tyrone
Acting as an Employment Agency on behalf of our client, CPL is currently seeking an experienced Sous Chef for a permanent role based in Co. Tyrone.
The Client:
Our client runs a very successful restaurant in County Tyrone and is currently looking to expand the team to continue to increase the variation in their service offerings. This allows for great career potential for individuals who join the organization and make an impact.
The Key Responsibilities associated with the Sous Chef Job would include:
· Day to day running of the Restaurant together with the Executive Chef
· Deputising in the absence of the Executive Chef
· You will also work directly with the Executive Chef using your imagination and the finest ingredients (mainly local produce) to develop a changing mouth-watering menu.
The Key Requirements for the Sous Chef Job include:
· Applicants should have demonstrated the maintenance of high standards of food preparation and service.
· Strong communication skills and up to date knowledge of food trends is required.
· Heading up a team in this crucial role, will certainly be looking for experience in managing a team in a similar environment and the ability to produce quality with volume.
· Applicants will need excellent team management skills to keep the team focused on business priorities and will also have the ability to deliver effective training to the team on all sections of the kitchen
Salary will be in the region of £20k - £25k depending on experience
