This Pub offers a warm welcoming atmosphere throughout . The property still retains its historic charm and original features but with a modern twist.
An experienced Head Chef is seeking a Sous Chef to join him and his team to prepare the a la carte and TDH menu which is served in the restaurant. Special menus are designed and tailored to the needs of the clients.
There is menu freedom with no company restrictions. It is not a branded menu and emphasis is to provide the highest quality of dishes in the a la carte and TDH menus.
All the dishes are prepared using locally sourced ingredients and the menu serves traditional favourites and seasonal dishes.
Currently the autumn menu offers seasonal menu.
There is plenty of scope for you to introduce your own ideas working closely alongside the Head Chef who will welcome new, creative ideas.
