Independent menu - no branding
A stylish pub in Chelsea has a warm welcoming atmosphere throughout. Although it is part of a group, it trades independently and offers a non-branded, individual menu.
If you have an experienced background and are perhaps looking for your first Sous position, this is an excellent opportunity to be involved in developing the menu, assisting in leading the team.
The covers during evening service at weekends build to approx. 30 - 40 with less during weekdays. Traditional favourites are enjoyed by the regulars and new customers and there is the opportunity to include specials based on your ideas.
All the dishes are prepared using fresh seasonal ingredients. .
There is scope for you to introduce your own ideas and a strong opportunity to develop your career for a future Head Chef role.
