The Job:
Our client is looking for a Sous Chef who (along with the Head Chef) can manage all aspects of the kitchen including; menus, food stock and budgets, staff recruitment and training, health and safety and hygiene. As Sous chef it is your responsibility to ensure that the food being produced is to the highest of standards at all times and lead your team by example.

The Person:
This role requires a very hands on chef who has excellent time management skills to multi task and patience to train and develop staff. You will need to come from a 4star hotel background preferably with one/two rosettes.

The Rewards:
