Invigorate recruitment is looking to recruite a Sous Chef for an award winning country house hotel set in the city of York.
The vacancy is ideally suited to someone who has had a strong background in quality hotels and is now looking for a new challenge where they can work closely with the Head Chef and is happy to take charge in the Head Chefs absence.This hotel has a number of eating venues and is also very popular with high quality banquets and weddings. As Sous Chef you will be required to assist the Head Chef with the day to day running of the kitchen be able to organise other team members and be an excellent team player.
Requirements:
Only experienced Sous Chefs who have previous experience in multi rosette establishments should apply for this role. All candidates should be strong team leaders and will have developed administrative skills in their previous positions.
The Salary is £22000 per year with additional benefits available for the right candidate.
