Sous Chef
The ideal Sous Chef will need to have a solid, high quality & successful background and be looking for a role within a professional kitchen where there is further opportunity to progress in the future. You will be working across all sections as required and as Sous Chef, your role will be to liaise closely with the Head Chef and provide a link to the other chefs in the brigade, ensuring everyone is working to an exceptional standard at all times, supporting those who need it. You will be expected to have good creative flair and a real passion for your work and you will be working within an experienced and busy brigade.
