Specialist Healthcare Assistants (end of Life) urgently required to work throughout the Northamptonshire area.
You will be expected to work with service users who have chosen to come back to their own homes, to spend there last days Convalescing in the comfort of their own homes.
You must be compassionate,sympathetic, willing to work shifts (dependent on client need), able to provide an excellent standard of care and support to both the service users and their families.
You must be a car driver, as some of this work will be in remote locations, throughout Northamptonshire areas (mileage will be paid for this)
Positions are subject to satisfactory enhanced CRB dissclosure and references being obtained
