Spring Program
To look from the outside of one of our offices, it’s difficult to get a feel for our business. But the moment you meet one of our people and understand our approach to global finance is the moment you start to realize that Credit Suisse is something more than just a big building. You can find out more by joining our Spring Program, a five day scheme, that aims to introduce you to the investment banking industry and give you a realistic understanding of what our world is like.
You will join us in our London office, either in Investment Banking(including Fixed Income and Equities) or our support functions (which include Operations, IT and Finance)and, while you’ll focus primarily on thearea you select, you’ll also get a breadth of exposure across the business.
Everyone who joins the scheme will take part in skills sessions, CV workshops and business information sessions, and with a couple of evenings out and networking events on the agenda, there will be plenty of time to mix in and enjoy the social side of life here!
You’ll need to have or be studying for a BA or MA (or equivalent), with an excellent academic record in any discipline. Excellent analytical and organizational skills are also pre-requisites, along with the ability to deliver accurate work and perform well under pressure. The Spring Program is designed for first-year students of a three-year degree course, or second-year students of a four-year course, who are considering a career in banking.
