Our client is the Worlds Leading Marine Services and Oil and Gas Fabrications company, who is urgent seeking a Mechanical Supervisor Afloat.
o Troubleshooting and repairs of all ship board automation equipment especially Main engine control systems (electronic and pneumatic) Boiler controls, Inert Gas systems.
o Manage repairs of generator controls and synchronization and Main Switchboard protection and control to list a few.
o Manage the day to day operations of the department
o The job will involve both, working independently, or leading a team of automation technicians.
o The job will include working in various U.A.E. ports and also in various locations around the world. It may be also include sailing on ships for work that may be for up to a few days.
Ex Marine Electrical Officer or an ETO
Skills
Degree/Diploma in Electronic Engineering
Hands on exp on trouble shooting and repairs of all ship board automation equipment especially Main engine control systems (electrical / electronic and pneumatic) Boiler controls, Inert Gas systems, Generator controls and synchronization and Main Switchboard protection.
Proficiency in MS Office
Self-motivated, go-getter and team player.
